As Studio Manager, I make sure everything runs smoothly – from coordinating classes and schedules to supporting our event team, instructors and members. Alberte Larsen - Pilates Instructor

My name is Alberte, and I'm truly passionate about Pilates! I teach with energy, mind-to-muscle connection, presence, and a little extra spice. Join me for Pilates Sculpt, HIIT, and Peach – classes designed to strengthen, energize, and connect you to your body. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling warm, empowered, and deeply connected to yourself. I can’t wait to welcome you to class!

Celina Aagreen - Pilates Instructor

With years of experience in strength training and group fitness, I bring my passion for powerful, full body movement into every Pilates class I lead. Having taught everything from Legs & Booty to Core & Abs and PowerFit, I know how to challenge the body while keeping the energy high. At Exercere Studios, I teach Pilates HIIT & Pulse — a dynamic blend of Pilates and high-intensity intervals designed to leave you burning and breathless — as well as Pilates Sculpt, focusing on total-body toning, and Pilates Peach, targeting and strengthening the glutes. 

Driven by great music and contagious energy, I create classes that are as motivating as they are effective — expect sweat, strength, and serious feel-good vibes.

Frederikke Rosenberg - Pilates Instructor

My name is Frederikke. I am a certified Reformer Pilates instructor and work professionally within this field on a daily basis. In addition, I am a qualified personal trainer with extensive experience in Pilates, which I have personally practiced for many years. I teach HIIT, Peach, and Sculpt – dynamic training formats focused on strength, energy, and measurable results. Each session is thoughtfully designed to challenge, motivate, and empower you – ensuring you leave feeling.

Sophie Wagner - Pilates Instructor

I'm Sophie Wagner, a full-time personal trainer with 14 years of ballet behind me. I teach both dynamic, upbeat and slow, releasing pilates. I love switching between the two to bring balance to my clients and keep things fun. My classes are all about good energy, flow and connection. You'll leave feeling strong, centered and fulfilled. I can't wait to meet you on the mat!
